We have been asked by John Morse Solicitors to post the following information:
All Leasholders who submitted completed Freehold Applications and Payment before 31st March 2016 have received all bulk purchase discounts agreed with the Action Group.
Confirmation of your Freehold Purchase’s are being sent as and when received from the Land Registry.
Leasholders who submitted completed Freehold Applications and / or Payments after 31st March 2016 may find themselves losing some or all of the bulk purchase discounts.

John Morse Solicitors have today advised us that there are still approx. 20 Leaseholders who have not made payment for their Freehold Purchase.
John Morse Solicitors have already advised us all that the City and County of Swansea require completion by 31st March 2016.
Action Group Negotiated Discounts will not be accepted by the City and County of Swansea after this time.
Payment by Cheque is no longer accepted as cheques will not clear in time.
Payment by BACS will only be accepted until Midday Wednesday 23rd March 2016.
Payment by Card will only be accepted until Midday Tuesday 29th March 2016.
It is in your own interest to contact John Morse Solicitors as soon as possible within the timescale above, or they will not be able to process your Freehold Purchase Application.
